Countryside Stewardship and Woodland Plans with natural England

We are part of Natural England’s Higher Tier Scheme of Countryside Stewardship which supports wildlife, woodland and access to nature while producing food. We have put in 23 kilometers of field margins for wildlife and turned arable fields into grassland with no inputs. We also maintain hedges, plant trees manage existing woodland as well as increase access for walkers, cyclists and horseriders with many miles of extra footpaths and bridleways opened up.
